In this article, users will learn how to add a logo to an Interactive Kiosk.

How to add a logo to an Interactive Kiosk

Steps

1. Prepare a logo with a minimum of 5% padding from the frame (top, bottom, left & right). Padding is important to ensure the logo will not touch the edges of the kiosk screen. Refer to the photo below

2. Click on the logo

3. Go to File > Export > Selected

4. Choose .SVG as the file format

5. Click Export

6. In the PAM navigation menu, go to Settings

7. Click on Branding

8. Click on ‘Choose file’ under Upload new Explorer Logo

9. Choose the file you exported

10. Click Open

11. Click Save

12. In the PAM navigation menu, go to 360 Planner > Digital Signs
Choose an Interactive Kiosk digital sign (starts with P4.2) and the logo should now be added successfully

Video reference

HINT: Please remember to always save changes no matter how small AND if other pages are opened in different tabs, you must refresh them for the changes to be seen.

For example, in this article, the user may have Branding and Explorer opened in different tabs. When a new logo has been uploaded and saved, the Explorer tab needs to be refreshed to see the new changes.
