Dashboard

In this article, users will be shown how to understand and interpret the information within the dashboard when they log into PAM.

Dashboard

Each time a user log’s into PAM, this is the first thing they will see. This is PAM’s dashboard where the user is presented with different pieces of data including:

  • The current status of their environment

  • Real-time active users and where they are within PAM

  • Current date and time

  • Data that can be easily interpreted

  • Instant access to Explorer by scanning the QR code with your smartphone

Users can click on the headers of the different sections to take them to these pages within PAM.
For example, clicking on the Map Editor image will take you to the Map Editor page.

Map Editor

This section of the dashboard gives the user a summary of Map Editor. The user is presented with the total number of Locations, Routes and 3D Models as well as the different Locations types currently within the environment.

For example, with reference to the image below we are aware that there are 33 usable Parking Areas in this account.

Digital Sign Manager

This section of the dashboard gives the user a summary of the Digital Signs within their environment.

For example, the image below states that there are 159 Digitals Signs within the environment and 313 Total Screens (this takes into consideration the amount of screens depending on whether a Digital Sign is one-sided or double-sided)

Users are also able to see how many of each sign types are being used.

For example, 7 Screens are being used for Full Screen Experiences.

There is also a Mobile Explorer QR code attached at the bottom. This gives instant access to Explorer by scanning the QR code with your smartphone. This QR code is not linked to any specific sign but acts as a default link based on where your centre (green compass icon) is located inside Map Editor.

Parking Manager

This section of the dashboard gives the user a summary of everything related to Parking.

For example, the user can see how many parking lots the environment has, parking space availability and a percentage of how many parking spaces are open.

Users are also able to see status of the parking lots.

For example, the image shows 7/34 parking lots are OPEN.

Scenes Manager

This section of the dashboard gives the user a summary of Scenes in the environment.

Users are able to quickly get an overview of how many scenes there are, what scene is currently active and when the last scene changes occurred.

Experience Manager

This section of the dashboard gives the user a summary of Experiences within the environment. Users are able to see how many Experiences are currently live today and how many are coming up.

Under the Today heading users are able to see the different experiences which are currently on.

Under the Upcoming heading users are able to see the different experiences which are coming and the date of when they will be held.
