Configuring Tenant Directory settings

The information below includes details on how to set up tenants directory, the sections have been divided for your convenience, if needed.
Configuring the directory
GLOBALLY (affects all digital signs)
Steps
1. In the PAM navigation menu, go to 360 Planner > Digital Signs
2. Click on SIGN CONFIGURATION
3. Click on INTERACTIVE KIOSK
4. Click on the MENU TAB on the right-hand side
The following (steps 5 - 8) will give you options to change the icon colours for the Kiosk.
5. Click to configure Search Icon colour
6. Click to configure Experiences Icon colour
7. Enable Directory checkbox. This will let the Directory icon be shown in the Kiosk
8. Click to configure Directory Icon colour
9. Enable Promotions checkbox. This will the Promotions icon be shown in the Kiosk
10. Click to configure Promotions Icon colour
11. Content Source: This lets you choose the default location to be shown when a customer clicks on the Directory icon when using the Interactive Kiosk. It aims to show all tenants inside the same area. (i.e. Hollywood Park District is the default location that shows all tenants inside their area. If a tenant was outside of Hollywood Park District then it will not be seen in the Interactive Kiosk)
Please note the options that are given is based on how many areas currently have “content source enabled” on Map Editor
12. Options: You have five choices that becomes the first thing you see when using the Interactive Kiosk.
This is a useful feature that gives users an area to start off with. These choices are: Explore, Search, Experiences, Directory or Promotions. The default choice is Explore
13. Save changes
INDIVIDUALLY (affects an individual digital sign only)
Please note that colours in the menu tab are adjustable in global configuration only
Steps
1. On the PAM navigation menu, go to 360 Planner > Digital Signs
2. Select DIGITAL SIGN MAP tab
3. Select an Interactive Kiosk Digital Sign as indicated by the blue outline
4. Select the MENU TAB on the right-hand side
5. There is a reminder that says you cannot edit icon colours individually. This is only possible in the global configurations setting
6. Enable Directory toggle checkbox. You can also disable this to stop directory from popping up on this specific kiosk
7. Enable Promotions toggle checkbox. You can also disable this to stop promotions from popping up on this specific kiosk
