Managing QR Code hand off in Experiences

A URL can be customised to provide users with ‘Additional Experience Information’, such as booking tickets or more information. The QR Code hand-off to ‘Additional Information’ coincides with ‘Directions’ that provide a blue line navigation guiding visitors to the experience location.

In this article, we will show you how you can configure ‘Additional Experience Information’ and how to schedule at what point prior to an experience (Hours or Days), you would like to highlight directions to that experience.

The two functions of the QR code when scanned is to

  • Provide a link to either a ticketing page or information page about the experience

  • Directions to guide users to reach the experience.

The information below consists of more details on Scheduling/ Using QR codes in Experiences.
The sections have been divided for your convenience, if needed.
