Content Manager

Role Overview:

The Content Manager in PAMOS is responsible for managing and updating digital content across the Experiences and Tenants modules, including promotions. This role ensures that all digital touchpoints—such as interactive maps, mobile apps, kiosks, and digital signage—display up-to-date and engaging content to enhance the fan and guest experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Management

    • Upload and manage images and text, within the Experiences and Tenants modules (including Promotions).

    • Ensure content aligns with branding, sponsorship obligations, and promotional strategies.

    • Optimize content for readability, engagement, and accessibility.

    • Ensure content is properly formatted and scheduled for digital signage, interactive kiosks, and mobile navigation platforms.

  2. Promotions & Offers

    • Update and schedule promotional content for events, food and beverage deals, retail offers, and sponsor activations.

  3. Tenant & Venue Updates

    • Maintain accurate information for tenants, vendors, and key locations (e.g., restaurants, retail shops, VIP areas).

    • Ensure that all directory listings (hours, contact info, special promotions) are current and accurate.

  4. Collaboration with Other Departments

    • Work closely with marketing, sponsorship, guest services, and IT teams to ensure seamless content integration.

    • Support corporate partners by ensuring their branding and activations are displayed accurately.

 

Permissions & Access:

  • Full access to the Experiences and Tenants modules.

  • View-only access to analytics dashboards (unless assigned additional reporting permissions).
