Adding and updating user details

In this article, you will understand how to add users to PAM OS as well as update their details.


Adding new users

New users are added by the PAM Administrator only.

To access this page

1. Click on Users

2. Click on Add New User

3. When adding a user, mandatory fields include:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Choosing a User Type - for more information on different user types, click here

  • Password

4. Save changes once complete

Once a user is added to PAM they will receive an email containing a link to the PAM login page, this is usually in the form of their username (typically your email) and password.


Updating user information

You can update your information and password at any time by:

1. Clicking on your avatar in the top right-hand corner of the navigation menu.

2. Click on My Profile from the dropdown.

You will then be able to make adjustments to your user information

3. Select the save button on the bottom right of the screen to confirm your changes.
