Introduction

A QR Digital Gateway is a hub that acts as a source of assistance for all visitors in a location. Seeing one of these Digital Gateway’s will provide visitors an opportunity to scan a QR code with their smartphone.
The result of this interaction activates a map on the visitor’s smartphone internet browser which they can then use to find their way around.

You are expected to already have a Digital Sign created through Map Editor.

To learn how to do this, click here

We will start off with configuring our newly created Digital Sign inside Digital Sign Manager

Steps

1. In the PAM navigation menu, go to 360 Planner > Digital Signs

2. Select Digital Sign Map tab

3. Find the Digital Sign you have created on the map. You can also do this by searching up the name of the Digital Sign on the left-hand side or by using the filter features.

Hint: All newly created Digital Signs will have a red colour on their arrow

4. Click on the sign once located

5. The right-hand side pop up will appear and we will click on the dropdown

6. Select Digital Gateway from the options
