In this article, users will learn how to delete a tenant and unlink a tenant from a location.
What is a tenant?
Tenants temporarily occupy someone else’s land under the terms of a lease or similar document. Tenants can include but are not limited to retail, entertainment, food and beverage and service shops.
How to delete a tenant?
Steps
In the PAM navigation menu, go to Dictionary > Tenant Directory
Here you will see a list of tenants, tenant categories and actions
Select the bin icon on a specific tenant
HINT: Please be reminded, that tenants linked to a location cannot be deleted until the location is unlinked from that tenant.
4. You will get a pop up where you can either click [CANCEL] or [DELETE]
How to unlink a tenant from a location?
Steps
In the PAM navigation menu, go to 360 Planner > Map Editor
Select your tenant from the location
ORSearch for your tenant in the search bar
Once the location with your tenant has been selected, remove your tenant by clicking on the X button
Save changes
You are able to replace the tenant with another tenant upon removing it from the location. This is up to your discretion if a tenant decides to move out.
