In this article, we will show you how to understand the layout of the experiences section when viewing and using Explorer on your smartphone device.
Configuring Experiences
The way Experiences is presented inside Explorer, is influenced by the settings you configure inside PAM OS.
This means Experiences on Explorer will mimic what is set for the Interactive Kiosk as Explorer is the smartphone version of the Interactive Kiosk.
When you make a change in Interactive Kiosk (i.e. create an Experience called Bruno Mars Concert), this will also appear inside Explorer.

Creating a new experience
Viewing Experiences on Explorer
A QR code is required to gain access into the Explore map. You can get this inside PAM OS
Steps
1. In the PAM navigation menu, go to 360 Planner > Digital Sign
2. Select DIGITAL SIGN MAP tab
3. Select or search for an Interactive Kiosk Digital Sign
4. On the right-hand side pop out stay on the GENERAL tab

5. Scroll to the bottom and scan the QR code with your smartphone device

Now, you should see Explorer load up on your smartphone device
6. Click on the Experiences tab (bottom right)

This is the interface you see when entering into Experiences
7. Experience heading, showing you are on the right section
8. Experience location (this is the general location where all the Experiences are under this one location)
9. Select the filters to show specific Experiences (i.e. clicking on TODAY will show all Experiences happening today)
10. Start date of Experience
11. Experience name
12. Location where Experience is held in. (i.e. AMC theatre is a place that is inside Retail district as we saw in Step 8)
Remember that Experiences exist because they have a location linked to them. Experiences cannot exist if no location is linked with them
13. Photo of the Experience. (If blank, it will remain blank or show a picture of its location instead if it exists)
14. Location filter. Select to activate a location.
