In this article, users will be configuring settings for the Adjustable Menu within Kiosks.

What is the Adjustable Menu used for?

The Adjustable Menu feature allows users to customise the height of the menu items while viewing and using the Kiosk. This will differ based on the physical mount height of the screen at your location.

Refer to the photo below for further context.

Configuring your Adjustable Menu Settings

Steps

  1. In the PAM navigation menu, go to 360 Manager > Digital Signs

  2. Select the SIGN CONFIGURATION tab

  3. Select Interactive Kiosk from the list and you will see the right-hand side column appear with all the Global Configurations

  4. Configure Content Vertical Position in Pixels. The default pixel is 336. The minimum is 294 pixels and the maximum is 840 pixels. The higher the number, the lower the menu options will be shown in the Kiosk when being used. The user can adjust this accordingly.

  5. Activate Enable Adjustable Menu to show on all kiosks

  6. Save changes

Hint: Don’t forget to always save changes when tweaking any configuration settings
