Steps
1. Go to 360 Planner > Map Editor

4. There is the default properties section on the right hand side. This is where users can set properties for different feature types

4. There are 3 ways to complete your drawing once you have drawn it:
Recommended way: Press enter/return on your keyboard and it will automatically let you adjust the properties
Double-click on your mouse
By connecting it back to the start first starting point of the drawing

Apply Map Properties
Steps
1. Select your drawing on the map. You will need to click on it to see the changes.
2. Set the Type that is suitable to your type of location (i.e. if its a building, choose building)

4. Choose Label Display: none/text/icon only/both text & icon (this is what is going to show on the eXplorer the choice selected here will be reflected on the Interactive Kiosk / Explorer map)
5. Select Children (location) within the location if there are any. By selecting children, you are creating location hierarchy. Learn more about location hierarchy here

5. A new tab will open and you can view the changes in the Interactive Kiosk

HINT: Please remember to always save changes no matter how small AND if other pages are opened in different tabs, you must refresh them for the changes to be seen. For example, in this article, the user may have Map Editor and Explorer opened in different tabs. When changes to Map Editor have been saved, the Explorer tab needs to be refreshed to see the new changes. |
