We ask that you submit a request as early as you find out that you require a model to be created practically possible in order to get receive it back on time for your account. |

Submitting a 3D model request
Steps
1. Go into https://mediabankpam.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
You should see the [Welcome to the PAM support portal] heading.

2. Scroll to the bottom and click on the [Need to raise a request? Contact us] section

3. Select [Request a 3D model build]

Fill out the corresponding information.
4. Disclaimer that Sections with the red * asterisk are mandatory to be completed.
4. Friendly disclaimer to remind customers it can take up to 1 week to complete the request
5. Raise this request on behalf of: Put in Select your name as you are the one creating the request
6. Include a name for your request (i.e. Requesting for a 3D model of a buildingSydney Harbour Bridge)
7. Fill out the description with any relevant information that may help with this request
8. Give the Client Account Name. This is the name of the PAM account where this 3D model will be uploaded into. (i.e. PAM Stadium)
9. Include any attachments that may help with this request
910. Include an estimated a required due date if you are have a deadline date in mind10, we will try to accommodate all requests before / on their due date.
11. Share with: Choose PAM Team, so everyone can see that this request has been submitted and tracked.
12. Select [Send] to submit your request to the support portal

1113. Check your email account (the email you used to log into the support portal) and you will receive a ticket confirming your request went through. You will also get a link to track your request as it progresses.

Once you receive the confirmation request on your email, the way to track the progress of your request is to click on the provided link which shows all the information related to your request.
