Submitting a 3D model request

Steps

1. Go into https://mediabankpam.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Fill out the corresponding information.
Sections with the red * asterisk are mandatory to be completed.

7. Fill out the description with any relevant information that may help with this request

8. Give the Client Account Name. This is the name of the PAM account where this 3D model will be uploaded into. (i.e. PAM Stadium)

9. Include any attachments that may help with this request

910. Include a required due date if you have a deadline date in mind, we will try to accommodate all requests before / on their due date.

11. Share with: Choose PAM Team, so everyone can see that this request has been submitted and tracked.

1012. Select [Send] to submit your request to the support portal

1113. Check your email account (the email you used to log into the support portal) and you will receive a ticket confirming your request. You will also get a link to track your request as it progresses.

Once you receive the confirmation request on your email, the way to track the progress of your request is to click on the provided link which shows all the information related to your request.

12. Progress 14. View the current progress / status of the request

1315. Review of your description that has been given

1416. Leave notifications on to be updated on the progress if anything changes

1517. Cancel request if you change your mind / need to cancel this request .

1618. Add a comment if you need to make adjustments or have extra information to add on to your request. Please do this as soon as possible if you end up requesting changes.
