Steps

1. In the PAM navigation menu, go to 360 Planner > Digital Signs

3. Select an Interactive Kiosk Digital Sign (this usually starts with a 4.2). You can also use the search section and the filter feature on the left-hand side.

4. On the right-hand side pop out stay on the GENERAL tab

Search tab on Explorer

1. Once Explorer has loaded up on your smartphone, click the SEARCH tab

72. You can see which locations have been set to become ‘featured’ locations.
These are locations that are the most popular when customers are at your venuedisplayed instantly when a user goes into the search tab. You are able to add and remove ‘featured’ locations according to changing customer demand. We recommend to have 6 featured locations at any given time.

83. This is the Quick Link filters section. If you click on a Quick Link (i.e. Parking icon), you will see all parking spots within the venue appear. The default number of quick links that appears is 3.

4. Click on the more icon to display more quick link icons.

5. You can set see up to four quick links icons to be displayed at the same time.

Why 7 Quick Link icons instead of 8? How do I know which one it won’t show?

Since the Interactive Kiosk can show up to 8 Quick Link Icons at any given time, this means Explorer will only be able to show the first 7 Quick Links.

If in the event of having 8 Quick Links activated, Explorer will not take the last Quick Link on the list in Digital Sign Manager. We will show this below

1. In the PAM navigation menu, go to 360 Planner > Digital Signs

2. Select Sign Configuration

3. Select Interactive Kiosk

4. Select the Search tab

5. Scroll down to the Quick Link Filters section

6. There are currently 8 Quick Link filters activated. Out of all these filters, Explorer will not show First aid as that is the last one on the list. Interactive Kiosk will continue to show all 8.

If the First aid filter is more important to be seen on Explorer over another filter, you can re-adjust the order.
This will save you from deleting and re-uploading filters.

1. In the PAM navigation menu, go to Settings

2. Click on Map Configuration

3. Click on the Search tab

4. You can use the adjusting tool to reorder the Quick Link filters

5. We will swap First aid and Coffee so First aid can be seen inside Explorer

6. Save changes when done

7. This is the new-look order of the Quick Link Filters.

8. Coffee is now at the bottom. This will mean that if all eight filters are activated, Coffee will not be seen in Explorer when Quick Links are selected.

Clicking on a Featured Location

When you have allocated locations to be inside the ‘featured location' section in Explorer, you will notice that access to these locations is readily available.

We will give an example of what happens when you click on the location. We will click on Sofi Stadium and the image you see below is what you normally see when you search for a location and click on it to find out more information about it.

Clicking on a Quick Link

The purpose of having quick links will enable all locations that are similar in what they offer to customers, to be organised together in one whole area.

Quick Links is useful in this regard, as a customer can just click on an icon and it will show them everything of the same thing that is scattered throughout the venue.
