Before a user adds a destination dictionary item into PAM, the user will need to create Categories for their destinations (locations).
PAM recommends creating the following Destination Categories:

3. Add a category Identifier - A short code CODE to Identify Category (i.e. For all Primary Destinations, the Identifier is PRIMARY)
4. Fill in the category description, under the Description headingto explain what the Category is used for (i.e. For all BLDG identifiers, the category description is Building)
For this example, we chose to create a Destination Category. The same method can be applied to creating a Messaging Category.
