How to upload dictionary items into PAM
Before a user adds a destination dictionary into PAM, the user will need to create ‘Categories’.
Steps:
Create Dictionary Categories:
Adding 'Dictionary Categories' Items one by one (Location list ideally supplied by clients in a spreadsheet)
1. Within the navigation menu click on Dictionary > Categories
2. At the bottom of the page, click on [+ADD CATEGORY] then click on Destination
3. Fill in code in identifier information
This helps identify the description i.e. For all Parking Lots, the Identifier is Parking)
4. Fill in the category description.
This is based on your group locations (i.e. Food and Beverage, Facilities, Services category)
5. Save changes

Create Destination Dictionaries: Once all categories have been created, the user will need to create Destination Dictionaries
Users have the option of adding destination dictionaries one by one or by bulk import into PAM.
