PRDCT - 193 How to create scenes

Overview

Scenes provide the functionality to change the content displayed on digital devices within an environment. This allows the environment to adapt to different situations.

Each scene has the following information:

Whether it is active or not
Scene no.
Scene name
Scene description
When it was last active
When it was created
The ability to edit a scene
The ability to duplicate a scene
The ability to lock/unlock a scene
1. An unlocked scene can be edited, has not been approved, not currently active
2. A locked scene can’t be edited, can be active, automatically become locked once approved
The ability to delete a scene
The ability to view additional scene details which include:
1. UUID
2. Activity log
3. Change log
4. Review log
5. The ability to request approval and/or decline/approve a scene
