How to upload dictionary items into PAM

Before a user adds a destination dictionary into PAM, the user will need to create ‘Categories’.

Steps:

Create Category Dictionary:
Adding Category Dictionary Items one by one (Location list ideally supplied by clients in a spreadsheet)

1. Go to dictionary

2. Open Category

3. Add new Category → Destination

4. Categories are based on your group locations (i.e. Food and Beverage, Facilities, Services category)

5. Once all Category Dictionaries have been created, the user will be able to upload Destination Dictionaries
   

Create Destination Dictionaries:

Users have the option of adding destination dictionaries one by one or by bulk import into PAM.
