Overview
To access Map Properties
Go In the PAM navigation menu, go to Dictionary > Destination Dictionary > Select and open a any Destination Dictionary Item

1. Assign Icon / Logo to the Dictionary Item. This enables you to select ‘icon’ as a display option when you use Map Editor

3. Prominence override controls the size of the text label of your location in the Navigation eXplorer Map
24. Activating Available to navigation maps will enable in Explorer maps enables a user to assign the Dictionary Item to a location using Map Editor.
35. If you activate Hide from search, this will disable the location from being searchable in the Navigation eXplorer Map
46. Override dark light mode colour will enable you to colour the location while in dark light mode within Navigation eXplorer Map5

Interactive Kiosk Map
When ‘Available to Navigation MapsExplorer maps’ is enabled, a user will now be able to can assign the Dictionary Item to a location through using Map Editor.
Steps
Go to 360 Manager In the PAM navigation menu, 360 Planner > Map Editor
1. Select the location in Map Editor

3. Apply Dictionary Item for the location (i.e. PAM Station)

4. Label sort index: This setting lets you adjust the size of the location’s label in Interactive Kiosk and Explorer Map. (i.e. 60) The higher the number, the smaller the label will look like on the map.
5. To display the icons, choose Label display: Icon only or Both Text and Icon
56. Select Children (location) within the location if there are any. By selecting children, you are creating location hierarchy. Learn more about location hierarchy here
67. Override Extrude is used to extrude the height of the location. Enable Override Extrude and set the height of the location in meters (Note: 3 meters is usually used for a 1 story building)
78. The override extrude in this example is 2 meters
9. Start Extrude Height is ideally only used for building bridges between 2 buildings (For example, if you set Start Extrude Height as 2 meters, your building will hover 2 meters above the ground)
810. Enable as Content Source: Enabling this option will let this location act as a hub to hold tenants. (i.e. If I link a tenant to this building as a child, I will see the tenant appear whenever I search for PAM Station)

11. Enable Hidden (disabled) if you wish to hide this location from the Navigation eXplorer Map
912. Enable ‘Locked’ to lock the location. This makes the location become unmovable.
10 a12a. Add custom display point (use this tool to control where your logo or label sits within the location)

10. b12b. After clicking on custom display point, you are able to move the logo/text within the drawing of the location without any restriction.

Open the Interactive Kiosk Map to preview the latest changes
14. In the PAM navigation menu, go to 360 Planner > Digital Signs
15. Select Digital Sign Map tab
16. Click on an Interactive Kiosk Digital Sign (usually starts with 4.2 / the layout needs to say Interactive Kiosk)
17. Open up SignID link
A new tab will open and you can view the changes in the Interactive Kiosk
