This may be the reason why users cannot locate some features when making content changes. It is always recommended to check your user type to be aware of your level of permissions.

Administrators use PAM to set up user accounts, access data and add / update information to the PAM platform. Agents have the least amount of privileges and report to Managers. They are usually tasked with a single, specific purpose which is generally updating content based on requests raised up by Administrators, Planners and Managers. For example, when duplicating a scene they may be solely tasked with updating the digital signs. Another example is they may be tasked with opening and closing parking lots. Any content changes an Agent makes will require approval by a Manager or Administrator before changes are published live.
