Create Dictionary Categories
Before a user adds a destination dictionary item into PAM, the user will need to create Categories for their locations.
PAM recommends creating the following Destination Categories:
Identifier | Category Description | |

| 2 | BLDG | Buildings |
| 3 | AMENITIES | Amenities |
| 4 | PATHS | Road and Path Names |
| 5 | 3D | 3D Models |

| 7 | PARKING | Parking Lots |

PAM recommends creating the following Messaging Categories:

| 1 | SOS | Emergency |
| 2 | REG | Regulatory |

| 5 | OTHER | Other |
Steps
1. On the PAM navigation board, click on Dictionary > Categories
2. At Users have the bottom of the page, click on [+ADD CATEGORY] then click on Destinationoption of adding a new category for 2 Dictionary types, Destination and Messaging

3. Fill in code for the category identifier
This helps identify the description (i.e. For all Parking Lots, the Identifier is Parking PARKING)
4. Fill in the category description
