Create Dictionary Categories
Before a user adds a destination dictionary into PAM, the user will need to create ‘Categories’.
Steps:

Adding 'Dictionary Categories' We will be adding ‘Dictionary Categories’ Items one by one. (Location list ideally supplied by clients in a spreadsheet)

1. Within the navigation menu click on Dictionary > Categories

3. Fill in code in identifier information
This helps identify the description i.e. For all Parking Lots, the Identifier is Parking)
4. Fill in the category description.
This is based on your group locations (i.e. Food and Beverage, Facilities, Services category)
5. Save changes
