Before a user adds a destination dictionary into PAM, the user will need to create ‘Categories’.

Steps:

Create Category Dictionary Categories:
Adding Category 'Dictionary Categories' Items one by one (Location list ideally supplied by clients in a spreadsheet)

1. Go to dictionary

2. Open Category

3. Add new Category → Destination

4. Categories are based on your group locations (i.e. Food and Beverage, Facilities, Services category)
   

Once all Categories categories have been created, the user will need to create Destination Dictionaries
